🇵🇱 Behind every great festival is an amazing team of volunteers!

Today was kielbasa prep day, and these incredible ladies spent the afternoon slicing nearly 80 pounds of authentic Polish smoked kielbasa for tomorrow’s Polish Heritage Festival.

Tomorrow, it will be slow-baked with sweet onions and served as part of our Taste of Poland Plate—a traditional Polish favorite that we can’t wait to share with you.

To these wonderful volunteers: thank you for your time, your hard work, and your joyful spirit. Festivals like this don’t happen by accident—they happen because of people who are willing to serve their community.

☀️ The Polish Heritage Festival is happening tomorrow—RAIN or SHINE 🇵🇱

We’re excited to welcome everyone for an evening of great food, music, dancing, and fun!

🎶 All performances will take place inside the gym, so you’ll be able to enjoy every moment regardless of the weather.

🍽️ Our authentic Polish food will be served under the covered pavilion, making it the perfect place to gather with family and friends.

🪑 We encourage everyone to bring lawn chairs. Find a cozy spot on the beautiful campus, relax, and enjoy the evening at your own pace.

⚽ And kids—don’t forget your soccer balls, footballs, or other outdoor games! Our spacious turf field is the perfect place to run, play, and make new friends while the adults enjoy the festival.

Whether you’re coming for the delicious Polish food, live entertainment, raffle baskets, beer garden, or simply to spend a wonderful summer evening with family and friends, we can’t wait to welcome you.

🇵🇱 Father Martin and Kasia had a wonderful time visiting WBIR 10 this morning to share a little about our upcoming 3rd Annual Polish Heritage Festival!

Thank you to the WBIR team for the warm welcome and for helping us invite the East Tennessee community to celebrate with us.

We hope you’ll join us this Saturday, August 1!

✝️ Holy Mass begins at 5:00 PM, followed by the Polish Heritage Festival from 6:00–9:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Enjoy authentic Polish cuisine, live music, folk dancing, and a taste of Poland right here in Knoxville. Be sure to visit our booth for festival T-shirts, aprons, flags, and other souvenirs.
