- get more information about the event. In the spirit of the original Oktoberfest, the event will be centered at the Biergarten, a tent at the corner of Morgan and Gratz. Fun in the tent will include brats, kraut, polka, and indeed, a bit of bier. Art will also

be a glowing part of the day. Galleries will be established in the neighborhood, art will be available for purchase, and a drawing will occur for a fantastic piece of art. A portion of the proceeds will also go to the purchase of a public piece of the art for the Fourth and Gill park area.
