Valley Fair every year, offering cooked fresh on site, pinto beans, fried cornbread, fresh dipped corndogs, funnel cake sticks, fresh brewed sweet and unsweet tea, cold drinks, ice cold milk, lemonade

We regret with a sad and heavy heart to inform everyone that Ruby's Beans and Cornbread will not be set up at the Fair this year. Due to health issues it's just not possible. We plan to be back next year. We appreciate all of our customers and will miss seeing you all. Enjoy the fair and be safe. Until next year ❤️..
