Out of 29 finishers, we had eleven first timers that day included visitors from North Carolina and Glasgow, Scotland! We also had five PBs. Well done everyone!! Additionally, Peter and Doug both completed their 25th parkruns today!!

Reminder that next week will be our last week for an 8:00am start before we go back to our 9:00am start.

We had 25 runners yesterday on a slightly cooler day in Knoxville. Including

- 10 first timers to Thirdcreekgreenway including out first finisher.
- A 25 and a 50 Milestone. Congratulations Logan and Shirley (who also volunteered)
- Three PBs!
- New Volunteers 🙋‍♂️

23 Runners and walkers braved the heat. Some people even thought it was cooler than last week. We had:

3 first timers (welcome Peyton, Michael, and Angel)
2 PBS (congrats Bill and Debra)
3 children in strollers
1 bark runner

Why not join us next week and see if it is any cooler? As always we are looking for volunteers in the coming weeks and are very grateful to this week's volunteers.

UPDATE UPDATE: We have a full roster for 9/5. Thank you Susan and Philip for taking this last two spots.

UPDATE: We have a Run Director but now need a Tailwalker and a barcode scanner.

Volunteers needed this weekend!

We are currently in need of a barcode scanner and a run director. No experience needed for barcode scanning! Run directing does require a little training, but we are always happy and willing to train new run directors. Can you help us out so we can put on our event?

We had another great turnout and some lovely, dry weather. It was exciting to welcome five first timers! We hope you will all come back. We also had visitors from the UK (Leeds and Brighton), and four PBs. We are looking forward to even better running weather as we move into the fall.

Please remember that we will keep our 8 a.m. start time through September and will return to 9 a.m. starts in October.

Thanks to our volunteers! We have plenty of spots open in the coming weeks so please do sign up.

We love our volunteers! We are in need of a BARCODE SCANNER for this Saturday. We need a full roster to hold this event. If you've never volunteered before, it's fun and easy. We can help.
