*Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Roll-Off Driver to join our team! This position requires a CDL driver with manual transmission experience who can safely and efficiently transport roll-off dumpsters to and from job sites. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. Drivers must also be comfortable using technology to manage work orders, job assignments, and reporting through our digital system.
*Key Responsibilities
Safely drive and operate a roll-off truck
Transport dumpsters and materials to job sites as scheduled
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of materials
Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies
Communicate with dispatch and customers as needed
Utilize company-provided technology for job assignments, navigation, and reporting
Perform minor mechanical maintenance and report issues promptly
*Requirements
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a clean driving record
Manual transmission driving experience is required
Ability to operate heavy equipment and secure loads properly
Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle upkeep
Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
Comfortable using technology for work orders and job tracking
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
