Tom Thumb Annual Floating Art Exhibition (known as Tom Thumb for short) is an annual, non-juried art festival in Kirksville, MO organized by the community and funded entirely through donations. It was founded in 1998 by Jimmy Kuehnle and Kjell Hahn as an alternative to the more rigid & selective art exhibitions in the area. Currently, the event features han

ging/standing art such as drawings, paintings, sculptures, graphic design, photography, and prints that are submitted by the Kirksville community at our art drop-offs and placed around the venue to create a gallery. It also features performance art such as music, comedy, spoken word, theatre, and dance, which play throughout the event. To view coverage of past festivals visit: www.tomthumbart.com/p/press.html
