Here at F*L*A*T*S HQ we get excited when race tees pop up in our feed. So we were incredibly happy when 2012 F*L*A*T*S Finisher Karen Bjork posted this perfect image of her wonderfully imperfect tee. Looks like it'll be in circulation for at least thirteen more years!

2023 champion Hannah Perry will run the 15th Annual F*L*A*T*S Trail Half!

In high school and college Hannah was a sprinter, then she ran F*L*A*T*S in 2019 and distance hooked her--even though (maybe because) it poured rain for 13.1 straight miles that year. 🌧

Stoked to have Shawna Richardson-Hook ready to run the 15th Annual F*L*A*T*S Trail Half Marathon. It's hardly her first (running) rodeo, but it is her first time racing F*L*A*T*S. Welcome.
