Justice. Local Beers. Be a Superhero and compete in the Kirkland Spring Beerfest 0.5K Fun Run (yes, that's half a kilometer) to launch Kirkland's inaugural spring beer tasting experience located indoors at Areté in downtown Kirkland. Great music, great spring and special release beers, great costume contests... Great Scott! All participants receive commemorative glassware, 6 tasting tokens, and an
additional token for being in costume! Half K participants receive a t-shirt (while supplies last) in addition to festival entry, glassware, 6 tasting tokens, and bonus token if in costume. Q: Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? A: Yes! Everybody in attendance must be 21 and over, and have ID present at the event. Q: What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? A: Parking is limited, and we encourage responsible consumption. Areté is just two blocks from the Kirkland transit center, and of course ride sharing apps are always an option. If you must drive, please note the location of downtown Kirkland parking lots (http://www.kirklandwa.gov/Assets/Public+Works/Public+Works+PDFs/Pay+Park/Park+Smart/Guide+to+Public+Parking.pdf)
