This is not the post I wanted to make, but I have made the decision to cancel Buffalo Riders Extreme 2024. There are many reasons for the cancellation, and although I wanted to still put it on, it just wasn’t going to work out. I apologize for any inconvenience this maybe caused to anyone.

I want to send a giant THANK YOU to everyone who supported Buffalo Riders Extreme 2023 this year and came out to the race! The support, the smiles, and the good comments on the race course made me so happy and my appreciation is endless!

I’d like to also send out a big thank you to everyone who volunteered and made this race happen. Asa Hancock, Tamie Cochrane, Wudi, Bo Shea, Jarred Douglas Wyatt, Derek Stotler, Andrew Judy, Guy Drollinger, Parker Nolen, Travis Smith, Travis DuPriest, Trent Keen, Dani Keen, Rob Toole, and Michael Soudas. You guys ROCK! (I apologize if I forgot anyone!)

Here is a very rudimentary spectator map for Buffalo Riders Extreme - BRE 23’.

All spots drawn in red are great spectator points that can be reached with a short ride (sxs, bicycle, dirt bike, adv bike, foot) and a small hike into the woods. There will be spectator arrows and signs in these locations directing you to the track. PLEASE be mindful of the race course and racers, if you have to cross the course, do it SAFELY.

Hard copies of the park map (without spectator points written on them) are available at the park office. I suggest screenshotting this picture.

I apologize that I don’t have a better map! My dad will also be out there directing folks to great spectator points.

RACE SCHEDULE:

Saturday:
No racing. Sign-ups open (4-6pm). You are permitted to buy a park pass ($15) and explore the rest of the 4,000acre property. Do not ride on the course!! I will DQ you! Explore the beautiful scenery and tourist attractions in the area!

Sunday:
Sign-ups open: (7-8am)
Riders meeting: 8am
Race starts: 9am

Awards following the race once all racers are safely off course and scoring has been completed.

If you are unable to use link, head to the US Hard Enduro website, on the home page click “race registration” then look for Buffalo Riders Extreme.

Also, clarification on the flyer since there was some confusion. “Park Riding Pass” is ONLY for if you want to explore the rest of the 50+ miles of single track and sxs trails the park has to offer. You do NOT have to pay this if you only intend to race or only intend to use a spectator vehicle to watch the race.
