Reminder: You do NOT have to be a Village Resident to submit a photo, you just need to live or work in the Kingsley area.

Kingsley Photo Contest
Are you a resident of Kingsley? Do you love taking pictures? Then this may be the contest for you! We are looking for pictures of our amazing Village! If you think you can capture what makes our Village spectacular, then you could be featured on our page as well as our 2027 Village of Kingsley Calendar!
Contest Rules:
- Each month we will run a contest
- You must live or work in the Kingsley area and can only enter one picture per month
- Pictures must be taken in the Village of Kingsley
- Pictures must match the current season (Ex. Dec-Feb winter, June-August summer)
- Pictures must be submitted to the Village Clerk by the 15th of each month by email to [email protected]
- One winner will be chosen per month
- A resident can only win once per calendar year
- All pictures must be family appropriate
- Photos of people where their faces are clearly visible, must give written permission to photographer
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
o The months of April, August, and December will be kids only months, ages 17 and under.
Prizes:
- Each winner will be given a gift from a sponsoring Kingsley business
Contest Guidelines:
- Each Village Trustee will choose their favorite picture each month (pictures will be anonymous when given to the Trustees) and will have those submitted to the Village Clerk by the 20th of each month.
- Those 7 photos will then be posted on the Kingsley Day’s page, and a poll will be taken for everyone to vote for their favorite photo. The poll will be open for one week and will close the 27th of each month.
- Winners will be announced by the last day of the month.
- The winning photograph will become the Cover Photo for the following month (January’s winner will be the cover of February’s page).
- The winning photographer will be acknowledged and presented with a gift by that month’s sponsoring business during the Village Council Meeting in the following month (January’s winner will be acknowledged during the February Council Meeting).
- The winning photo for each month will be featured in the 2027 Village of Kingsley Calendar along with the business sponsor.

Aurora has a natural cannon! Sorry, Charlie!

Thanks to Charlie Jetter, our Village Manager, who took a number of serious dunkings in the name of fun at Kingsley Community Day, and our amazing dunk-tank volunteer Tom K. who stepped in last-minute to cover an illness. Couldn't have done it without you both!
