Today, we are lifting the sunken concrete of our beloved pool. ❤️

It’s an old pool, just like this beautiful 1790 home, but we absolutely love it—and we believe restoring it is the best choice. We hope this is a blessed project, and that our pool will continue to bring joy, laughter, and beautiful memories for many years to come.

We feel so incredibly fortunate to be the current stewards and caretakers of this wonderful, magical farm in King George. We don’t really think of ourselves as owners, but as keepers of a place that has a history, a soul, and a life of its own.

We love this place deeply. Every garden, every tree, every old brick and stone, every corner holds a little piece of its story. And our greatest hope is that the care and love we put into it today will be a blessing for those who come after us.

May the next generations enjoy this farm, love it as much as we do, and continue to nurture and bless this very special place. ❤️🌿🏡

✨🍋 A Little Soap Art Magic… and a Beautiful Adventure Ahead! 🇮🇹🥂

A heartfelt thank you to my dear friend Lisa Mitchell of Soap Art Studio for this absolutely beautiful collection of handmade soaps! From lemons and fresh fruit to tiny croissants, tarts, and the most adorable little charcuterie-inspired creations, every piece is truly a work of art. 🧼🍋🥐🍓✨

They are almost too pretty to use—but thankfully, they’re made to be enjoyed! What I love most is the incredible creativity, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness behind every little creation.

And now, Lisa and I are getting ready for another beautiful adventure together—our Carmelita Experience trip to Italy! 🇮🇹✈️ We’re off to savor the food, the w**e, the beauty, and all the inspiration that Italy has to offer. But most of all, we’ll savor the gift of friendship, laughter, and making beautiful memories together. ❤️
