Cottonwood Barn Cottonwood Barn Cottonwood Barn is formerly known as the Kimballton Livestock Auction. It is Located in Kimballton, Iowa next to the Kimballton baseball fields.

Unique to the Cottonwood Barn is a large hydro-swing door that opens up the main room to a covered patio. Other features of the Cottonwood Barn include; handicap accessible, 2 restrooms, a kitchenette area,, and a lending loft full of decorations and serving items. The Barn has heat and air conditioning and is perfect for small graduations, family or class reunions, showers, etc...

Go North 10 miles on Hwy 173 to Kimballton
Take Right on Odense St. (First right once you enter town)
