🐢 Meet Dozer! Born in 2004, this resilient Sulcata tortoise has survived a near-fatal dog attack and, 20 years later, the Lahaina fire, which left him with severe burns.

Lovingly cared for by the Lahaina Bird Stand, Dozer is thriving and enjoying his new chapter at South Maui Gardens. Come say hi to Dozer and let this sweet survivor warm your heart!

🤙🏽Meet SOBO Hawaii, one of the talented vendors right here in the Prince Building at South Maui Gardens.
Their beautiful wood and resin cutting boards are made to be used, but they’re also pieces you’ll want to leave out on display. Every board is unique, food safe, and inspired by the beauty and culture of the islands.
SOBO Hawaii takes all of their inspiration from the islands and Hawaiian culture. Their own African heritage is a big part of what draws them so deeply to the Hawaiian culture, and that connection comes through in their work and designs.
They also create jewelry, ornaments, and other fun wood and resin pieces, including the only Maui-made Heart of Te Fiti.
One of our favorite things about SOBO Hawaii is that they can work with you on a custom design right here on site. You get something personal, beautifully handcrafted and made with real island inspiration.
Stop by and check them out
