Beef show- we have added a class not listed in the fair book. We will be having a class at the end of the heifer show and the market beef class.
This is for Home Raised beef - (born and raised under exhibitors name). The winning heifer and market animal will receive a cash prize. The breeding heifer is from the Salisbury FFA Alumni and the market animal is from the Fair Board. Each one is being awarded through the Steve Edwards Memorial.

We are excited to announce and welcome Dakota Grellner as the judge for the Chariton County Youth Fair for the bucket calf, beef, swine, goat and sheep shows Dakota is the new MU Livestock Judging Coach. Dakota was a graduate of MU and a member of the 2018 judging team.
