We regret to announce that, due to a number of circumstances, this year’s Pride Fest has been cancelled. This was a difficult decision, and not one that we made lightly. When lead committee members need to step back and there is a lack of new volunteers, it can be difficult to more forward. We contemplated putting out a “last call” but felt that, at this point, it would not be enough to provide the type of event our community had come to expect.
We understand how disappointing this news is for everyone who was looking forward to celebrating together. Please know the committee is deeply, deeply sorry. No funds had been raised for this year’s Pride and any money from the past year’s Prides will remain in the bank for next year. We are already exploring ways to come back stronger in the future and hope that when the call to action comes for next year, all those disappointed or offering to help will show up for 2026.
