🎅Our annual Santa Cops Barrel Race has a new home!🎅

With Elevate Ranch under contract to sell, we needed to find a new arena for this year’s race. Sterling and Double Check were already booked, but Riata Ranch Arena welcomed us with open arms!

We’re thrilled to race at a new location and so grateful to Riata Ranch for helping us keep one of our favorite races of the year going! ❤️

We can’t wait to see everyone for a fun day of barrel racing, giving back, and spreading Christmas cheer! 🎄🎁

💜 Kindness at its BEST! 💜

Kelly Yates not only dominated yesterday, but at the end of the day, she showed us what truly matters most. 🥹

Kelly gave the buckle she won to Faith Welzig, and to say it made Faith’s day would be an understatement!

Thank you, Kelly, for not only being an incredible competitor, but for being such a wonderful example of kindness, generosity, and sportsmanship. This is what it’s all about!

Moments like this are exactly what Kick Up the Kindness is all about!

💜 Please keep fellow barrel racer Chris Gibson in your thoughts and prayers. 💜

Chris was injured yesterday and is currently still in the hospital. She has shared that she broke her pelvis in two places and is waiting to meet with the orthopedic surgeon to find out whether surgery will be needed or if the fractures can heal on their own.

Right now, there are still a lot of unknowns, and she would greatly appreciate all the prayers, positive thoughts, and support our barrel racing community can send her way. 🙏💜

Chris also wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone who stepped in to help her at the race yesterday. She isn’t sure who all was there helping in the moment, but she is incredibly grateful to each and every person who came to her aid.

Please keep Chris in your prayers as she waits to find out what the next steps will be. Our barrel racing community takes care of its own, and we’re all rooting for you, Chris! 💜

💜 WHAT A BARREL RACE! 💜

Thank you so much to everyone who came out today and spent the day with us at the Kick Up the Kindness Barrel Race! We hope everyone had as much fun as we did.

A HUGE thank you to Tricia and Brian Guntle, along with Melanie and Jim Bob Martin, for the countless hours they put into making today happen. From the awards and added money to the setup and incredible ground, so much work went on behind the scenes to make this race special. Another big thank you to Britt for all of his help in the office and announcing! He’s truly the best and I wouldn’t make it without him!

And thank you to all of our barrel racers, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, helpers, and everyone who donated prizes, added money, time, or simply showed up to support this event. It truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for every single person who helped make today possible.

Most importantly, thank you for helping us honor Taylor and all of the special ones that have been lost way too soon, spreading kindness, and coming together as a barrel racing community. 💜

What a day. What a crowd. What a race. Thank you all for being part of it! 🐴💜
