There is not an admission charge to the public and artists chalk a square of pavement on Peterson Plaza. Sponsors cover the cost of the chalk artists use and the proceeds raised will go to Kerr Arts and Cultural Center. The Festival will have an area for children to create, a community mural, food trucks, music and more!
