Thank you to McDonald's of Walkertown for being our platinum sponsor again this year! Also want to thank TexTech, Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Caudill's, Chick-fil-A, Long Insurance Service and GNC Kernersville for their sponsorships. A BIG thank you goes out to all the runners who came out and ran the 30th annual Rotary Club of Kernersviile 4th of July 5k! Without you we would be able to support the projects throughout the community.

The money raised will go to assist with the YMCA Bright Beginnings, scholarships for Forsyth Tech, East Forsyth and Glenn High School students, our Christmas nursing home project, business partnership at Cash Elementary School, Kernersville Elementary School Christmas project and other projects around the world!

Join over 250 runners the morning of Friday, July 4, at 8:00 AM for the 30th 4th of July 5k presented by McDonald's of Walkertown. This is the best and longest running 4th of July 5k in the area. Over 5,000 spectators line the route to cheer on the runners. The course is gently rolling through historic downtown Kernersville. There are trophies for the top 5 overall female and male winners and trophies for the top 3 females and males in each age group. Early packet pickup available at Fleet Feet in High Point on Thursday, July 3 from 4 to 6 PM. Register today and make sure to tell your family and friends!

Trophies are presented to the top 5 overall female and male finishers and the top 3 females and males in each age group. We have runners of all levels and come from around the world.
