Some of our favorite faces from the Horse Heaven Round-Up. 🤠❤️

As we look back through photos from this year, we couldn’t pass up the chance to give a shoutout to our Wrangler Girls! Thank you for the time, energy and enthusiasm you bring to the arena each night of The Best Week of Summer. Already counting down the days until next year! ✨

From performing in our arena as a teenager to becoming one of rodeo’s best all-around hands.

Back in 2015, Caleb McMillan and his family performed at the Horse Heaven Round-Up. That’s Caleb on the far left.

Four years later, he would return to our rodeo as a competitor.

Fast forward to 2026, and the Soap Lake cowboy has earned the PRCA Linderman Award for the second time.

Named for legendary all-around cowboy Bill Linderman, the award is presented annually to a cowboy who earns $1,000 or more in at least three events, including one roughstock event and one timed event. It takes a cowboy who can truly get it done on both ends of the arena.

Caleb did plenty of that this season, earning money in tie-down roping, bull riding, team roping, steer wrestling and steer roping, even competing as both a header and a heeler in team roping.

And rodeo is only part of the story. Caleb is also a pickup man, manages a cattle operation and helps with his family’s stock contracting business.

Caleb McMillan is quite a hand.

Congratulations on your second Linderman Award, Caleb! We’re proud to have been a small part of your rodeo story along the way.

It’s National 4-H Week! 🍀

This week, we’re celebrating the 4-H members, leaders, families and volunteers who put in the work long before they arrive at the Benton Franklin Fair.

From raising animals and growing produce to creating projects and developing new skills, 4-H gives young people opportunities to learn by doing and prepare for what comes next. That hands-on learning is a big part of what we love about the Fair 🎡
