ITALIAN DAY PRE-ORDERS ARE LIVE! 🇮🇹

Whew! I can’t believe it’s already here. Pre-orders are live for cannoli, sandwiches, and some new and old favorite traditional Italian cookies and pastries. Head to the website to shop around and place your order!

Pick up at our 3rd annual Italian Day on Saturday, July 18th, from 11am-7pm. We’ll have lots of treats and desserts available to purchase day of, but we sold out FAST last year, so to guarantee you get what you want, place a pre-order! We’ll also have a designated pre-order pick up table for folks who want to pick up with no additional purchases.

We also have Steve Adams (Smoking Boar Sausages) and Cantina Mobile Bar (Biggy + Co) popping up right outside the shop, and 17 local businesses in downtown Kennewick + Columbia Gardens offering some Italian Day specials and activities! Tune in for more details as we get closer.

Mid-year photo dump! How are we already halfway through 2026?? 🤯

This year feels joyful in so many ways. We’ve had SO much fun with the markets this year: creating new menus, testing new recipes, and, of course, lots of taste testing. Grueling work, I know. 😮‍💨😂 The best part is watching you all walk through the doors. This community is magical, and we could not be more grateful.

We’ve also had a blast teaching classes for our students, playing with new ideas, and plotting for the future! Education has always been a mainstay for Layered, dating as far back as those very first classes at Concetta’s in 2017. 🥹 Your constant support has blown us away.

We’ve also put so much planning into Italian Day 2026, and words can’t describe how incredible the team and our partners have been through this process. It’s become such a special event for us, and we hope it will be special for you, too. 37 days to go!👏🏻🇮🇹

None of this would be possible without your unwavering support and love for our business. THANK YOU. Seeing you at the markets, at the classes, booking the space for your events; It all truly means more than you know. 🙏🏻❤️

Our first Pop Tart Class was such a blast! We had the best time teaching this group. 🩷👩🏻‍🍳

We just published more June AND July classes! We’ve got another pop tart class for you, plus a housemade meatball sub class, and we’ve got a few extra tickets left for sourdough! Head to the website to get tickets and bake with us!

You guys!! Yesterday was nothing short of amazing. The kitchen made 700+ donuts, plus treats and sammies, and you sold us out! 🤯

Thank you so much for all the love, chats, and smiles yesterday. It was truly an incredible day we’ll never forget.

Today!! Our very first DONUT DAY MARKET is in full swing from 11am-5pm! The kitchen has been up since the crack of dawn getting all the donuts (about 700!!!!) and treats ready for you, and we are SO. EXCITED.

Come stop in for cake donuts, meatball subs, pizza, focaccia, house made drinks, and more! Celebrate National Donut Day with us! 🍩☀️

We’ll be serving up 6 types of cake donuts, meatball sandwiches, pizza, focaccia, house made drinks, and your favorite desserts while supplies last! Come grab donuts for your friends & fam, your office, or yourself! We’d love to hang with you. See you Friday! ❤️

Want to try making sourdough? 🥖 We’ll get you started with everything you need! Tickets to our Sourdough bread classes on June 16th and 17th are on the website! This class won’t be back till this fall, so make sure to grab your spot!

This has become one of our favorite classes to teach. We’ll go over everything you need to know, have housemade snacks and drinks, and we’ll send you home with the recipes, a sourdough starter, a banneton, and your very own loaf for you to bake!
