Ok athletes, The Atomic Throw Down is back for its 10th year!!!! It’s that time of the year again. Time to register for our male/female competition. Our throw down is going to be on Aug. 9th this year. This year we are adding an Intermediate division. We can’t wait to host everyone again.
If you are thinking about signing up for the RX division here is what to keep in mind. If you have done RX for the CrossFit Open then you should sign up for the RX division. We want to ensure that we don’t have any RX athletes in the Intermediate division or Intermediate athletes in the Scaled division. If you sign up for a lower division because your partner can’t do most movments in the division above we understand that. What we don’t want it to see, is one team sweep the division because they signed up for a lower division, when they should have been one higher. Please good judgement when signing up.
If you are wanting to get on the roster, make sure to sign ups ASAP.

Registration with a shirt closes July 21st. We will accept team registrations until July 26th, but you will not receive a shirt.
