The Unionville Community Fair will take place October 2 - 4, 2026, on the grounds behind Landhope Farms at 113 E Street Road, Kennett Square, PA.

The Unionville Community Fair would love if you joined us at this spring community event being hosted at Barnard’s Orchard!

Bring your extra seeds and swap them for something new to grow this season!

1. Bring Seeds to Share

Please bring packets of seeds you’ve saved or extra seeds you’ve purchased.

If possible, label seeds with:
• Plant name
• Variety
• Year harvested or purchased
• Growing notes (optional but appreciated!)

2. Package Your Seeds

Seeds can be brought in:
• Small envelopes
• Paper packets
• Reused seed packets
• Small labeled bags

Try to divide seeds into small portions so multiple people can take some.

3. How the Swap Works
1. Arrive and place your seeds on the swap table.
2. Browse the seeds others brought.
3. Take seeds you’d like to try growing!
4. Please try to take roughly the same number of packets that you brought so everyone gets a fair share.

We are grateful for the Longwood Fire Company and the steady commitment they show to our community and neighboring areas. Their service plays an essential role in keeping residents and visitors safe, and the Unionville Community Fair is glad to support that work through this year’s giving.

Thank you to the Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company for their dedication to our community—and well beyond it. We are grateful that they are a recipient of one of this year’s Community Fair donations.

As you consider charitable giving this year, please keep Po-Mar-Lin in mind. The cost of new fire trucks, equipment, and replacement parts continues to rise, and community support makes a real difference.
