KC3 Tri Clinic The KC3 Tri Clinic, formerly Tri 101/102 established in 1999, is Kansas City's longest running triathlon clinic.

Our goal is to provide a fun environment to empower EVERYONE of ALL abilities within the sport of triathlon. Join us for a fun, educational, and empowering triathlon clinic running from June 10th, 2024 until August 5, 2024. When & Where:
MONDAYS, June 10-August 5, 2024
Meet at the Longview Lake Beach House each

Monday starting promptly at 6pm (we must exit the water by 6:45pm and exit the park by 9pm). Fees:
~Clinic: $200 flat fee for either class + online fees
~USAT One Day License (covers entire clinic June-August) Pass $15 OR show proof of USAT Annual License--must have a USAT waiver signed. ++
~Lake Swim Fee: Bring $8.00 EACH Tuesday to be paid by participant to Jackson County Parks & Rec. for entry into the swim beach.

++ In order to participate in this clinic you must either purchase a one day USAT license ($15 fee added to clinic fee) OR be an annual member of USAT. If you want an USAT annual membership, it must be purchased through USAT. A one-day USAT license can be purchased at packet pickup if you do not want to purchase an annual membership through USAT. Those with an USAT annual membership must show their proof of membership AND a valid state issued ID at packet pickup. USAT & KC Women Tri does not allow clinic or one-day pass refunds.

No one else can pick up or sign for you. You must sign an USAT waiver at that time.

**For insurance purposes "no one" can attend the clinic or partake in any portion of it unless they are entered in the clinic and an insurance waiver has been signed by them. This night is for YOU!

-WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Bike, bike helmet, goggles, swimsuit, swim cap, running gear, towel, full water bottle.

**PLEASE NOTE: We will start on time. The only exception to that will be severe weather.

Okay, there's not a THING Renner can do about them, so come TRAIN on a hilly course at Longview Lake!!! This IG post reminded me of the feels of those hills BUT enjoy the glory of pushing through a challenge to your mind, body, and soul!! It consists of an 8-week triathlon clinic with open-water, cycling, running, nutrition, and transition practice!! You will be guided by USAT Certified Coach(es) and seasoned triathlon volunteers!!! Formerly, Tri 101 and 102/KC Women Tri, we are dedicated to keeping this triathlon clinic alive!! It has been around since 1999!!! This video is from 2014 I believe [pixeled but still works]. At that point, it was targeted to only women but we have since, per many requests, to all genders!!
