Posted • THE DIFFERENCE: FIGURE vs WELLNESS
OCB doesn’t allow crossovers between categories, so you cannot compete in both in the same show.
How do you know which is a better fit for you?
The biggest difference between Figure and Wellness is symmetry. Wellness athletes have a more developed lower half of the physique relative to the upper body. Figure athletes should have symmetry between the upper and lower halves of the physique, creating an “X frame.” There are more differences, of course, but symmetry is the criteria that best distinguishes Wellness from the other categories offered in the OCB
