Dylan has PoP'd for *four years* and now plays a major role in ensuring that our festival attendees acquire delicious cocktails. We have no doubt that he and Jimmy Rollins will do the same in their own bar, The Hepcat, opening soon! Give them some love, and let's start planning our road trip!

Dylan Fox, the former chief bartender at The Order with a history of exquisite mustaches, and local chef Jimmy Rollins, are teaming up to create an old-school jazz club in downtown Springfield.

Heading to happy hour? A few more Passports have appeared at Amigoni Vineyards and Urban Winery in West Bottoms, Julep KC in Westport, and Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar on the Plaza. The first 3 people at each BAR to tell the bartender "I'm looking for a Passport to Paris... of the Plains" will receive a free Kansas City book from The Passport Program! It's that easy. Stay and use your passport there, because they are all part of the program.

*They probably won't last that long. We will do our best to update when they are gone, but there are no guarantees we will be notified as soon as they are gone. Happy hunting! 🥂

If we had it our way, all Mondays would come with presents (and cocktails). It just so happens we have some for you today. Here's a scavenger hunt/giveaway!

We've dropped off a few KC Passports at Ça Va, Parker at The Fontaine, and Mission Taco Joint - Kansas City this week. The first 3 people at each BAR to tell the bartender "I'm looking for a Passport to Paris... of the Plains" get a free Kansas City book from The Passport Program! It's that easy. Stay and use your passport there, because they are all part of the program.

They'll be available through Thursday, but they probably won't last that long. We will do our best to update when they are gone, but there are no guarantees we will be notified as soon as they are gone. (Note: Parker at the Fontaine BAR upstairs, not hotel lobby.
