At The Moderne Loft, community has always come first.

We never wanted this to feel like just another venue. We wanted it to feel like a place where people gather, celebrate, create, and truly connect. A space that feels welcoming the second you walk in.

That’s exactly why we don’t charge extra for our decor inventory when you rent with us. No add-ons, no surprise fees, no nickel and diming. Because the heart behind this space isn’t about squeezing every dollar out of a moment… it’s about making those moments feel full, easy, and taken care of.

You deserve a space that shows up for you the way you show up for your people.

I’m realizing I don’t show up on here as often as I’d like because we stay so busy at The Moderne Loft, I sometimes forget how much you all love seeing this space and the beautiful moments that happen inside it.

This past week, I was lucky enough to be there for the sweetest proposal. It may have been a little rainy, but the love in the air made it feel so warm and special. One of those moments you can just feel, and I’ll never get over being a small part of days like that. 💛

We’re booking up quickly for the year, and I truly can’t say thank you enough to each and every one of you who trusts us with your special moments. From baby showers to bridal showers to weddings, it means so much to be part of your story.

We celebrated Alyssa and Rolando's rehearsal dinner a few weeks ago, and they took full advantage of our rooftop space. We love that our spot provides a perfect city skyline view! AND our rooftop space is getting a major facelift this week. Keep watch of our stories this week to see it come along!

Man, we can't stop thinking about Mackenzie's dreamy baby shower! Our rentals made this event next level - chargers, runners, candlesticks, backdrops, you name it!

And get this, they're all included when you rent from us! We absolutely adore hosting you and watching your creativity come to life in our space!

Champagne walls don’t have to be boring!!!

We celebrated my grandpa’s 70th birthday at the Loft last month and it was a HIT! From the snack wall, drink stations on our bar, fresh air on the deck, and a classic cake - the party was awesome.

Our space is SO versatile. Come see it for yourself! 🤩
