The Kansas City Triathlon offers a flat, fast course that travels through the scenic terrain of Jackson County, Missouri. In only six years, the Kansas City Triathlon has become one of the fastest growing and most popular events in the midwest! The Sprint distance course includes a 500 meter swim in Longview Lake, 20K bike course along the scenic roads around Longview College and finishes with a 5

K run through the trail system of Longview Lake. The Olympic course consists of a 1.5K swim, 40K bike and 10K run throughout the same areas as the Sprint Course. To all the athletes, volunteers, spectators, sponsors, and supporters... we truly appreciate you spending your Sunday with us. The strong Kansas City winds added a serious challenge to the course, but you all powered through with determination and plenty of heart.
