Knee update: after MRI I have bone marrow edeama. Do to a pooling near the popliteal vein, I was sent to uktrasound. I have yet another blood clot. Good news is I hope to be running by Monday. I doubt that will kill me.

We are so excited to share our bling and our shirts for Strides for Stroke 5k/10k!

When you mention Beer Raffle at Old Armor Brewery Run Club, this is what happens. 36 of your closest, sweaty friends show up to run and drink beer. We had five, yes 5, beer winners this week. So, bring your family, bring your wife, bring your wife’s boyfriend. We would like to see many people.
