Fall Festival!🍁 Everyone is welcome and we would love to hear your ideas as we discuss potential activities, events, and all the things that make a Fall Festival fun!

We had such a great time attending the Northwestern Michigan Fair Pageant today! It was so much fun spending the day together, making memories, and representing Kalkaska County Fair.
A huge congratulations to the newly crowned Northwestern Michigan Fair Queen! Wishing you an amazing year ahead and so many wonderful memories during your reign.

Thank you to everyone at the Northwestern Michigan Fair for having us—we had a wonderful day!

✨WOW! What a night!✨
For many of us, it’s been so long since there was a concert like this at the Kalkaska County Fairgrounds that some probably don’t even remember the last time we had one! So getting to see 2,000 people come out Wednesday night, enjoy live music and make some new fair memories together was pretty special!
And we couldn’t have asked for a better person to make it happen than Emily Ann Roberts. Emily Ann, thank you for taking a chance on our small town and coming to the Kalkaska County Fair. You put on an incredible show and brought so much energy to our fairgrounds. We hope you had just as much fun with us as we did with you!
We think it’s safe to say you left Kalkaska with a whole lot of new fans and officially made us a Yeehaw Meemaw town for life! 🤠🩷
To everyone who came out, sang along, danced, and helped make Wednesday night one to remember… thank you! We are so grateful for the 2,000 people who chose to spend their Wednesday night with us.

🎶 Starting off our fair week photos with some hometown talent! 🎶
Wednesday night was a big one at the Kalkaska County Fair as we welcomed Darrell Boger & The Bean Bag Boys to the stage as the opening act for our headliner, Emily Ann Roberts!
Thank you, Darrell and the Bean Bag Boys, for coming out and putting on such an amazing show and for representing our hometown so well. We were so happy to have you be a part of our fair week!

We would like to make a correction to an earlier post. The daily flag raising ceremony during the fair was conducted by American Legion Post 480, not the Kalkaska VFW as we previously stated.

We sincerely apologize for our mistake and appreciate your understanding.

A heartfelt thank you to the members of American Legion Post 480- Honor Guard for honoring our country each day with this meaningful tradition. Your dedication and service are deeply appreciated.

To all of our veterans—thank you for your sacrifice, your service and the freedoms we enjoy because of you. We are forever grateful.
