🚨🧚 SCAMMER ALERT! PLEASE READ & SHARE! 🧚🚨

It seems not everyone in the enchanted realm has good intentions! 🐉

We've become aware of scammers sending fraudulent emails pretending to represent Flathead Faerie Festival. We want to make sure our wonderful vendors, sponsors, and community members know how to spot an impostor!

✨ Here's how to know it's really us:

📧 Our official email address is [email protected]

👑 Official festival communications will only come from Jay, Lindsay, or Adriann, members of our event planning team.

⚠️ If someone contacts you offering vendor spaces, sponsorship opportunities, or other festival-related services and something doesn't seem right, please verify with us before sending any money or personal information!

If you receive a suspicious message, please block and report the sender, and send us a screenshot or forward the email so we can keep track of these scams.

💜💛 We work hard to make Faerie Fest a magical experience for everyone, and we certainly don't want scammers taking advantage of our amazing community!

Help us spread the word by sharing this post! ✨

10/08/2026

🐉 Can you share a Daubers & Dragons bingo package? Absolutely!

Our packages were designed to give one player multiple chances to win during each game:

🎒 The Explorer Satchel provides approximately two bingo cards per game.
⚔️ The Adventurer Pack provides five bingo cards per game.

However, you’re welcome to split those cards with friends or family! If two people prefer playing one card each instead of one person playing two, that’s completely fine. Divide the cards however works best for your group.

Just remember that the other package contents are not multiplied when you share. Each Explorer or Adventurer package includes one dauber, along with the listed number of raffle tickets, Fae Perk Cards and other items. Extra daubers and refill cards will be available for purchase.

Most players who are playing to win will want more cards rather than fewer—but sharing makes it easier for everyone to participate at the level that feels comfortable!

Pre-pay for your package here:

📅 Thursday, October 29, 2026
⏰ 6:00–9:00 PM
📍 Expo Building at the Flathead County Fairgrounds in Kalispell

Our Adopt-a-Spider fundraiser is underway, and some of our little eight-legged friends have already found homes!

We’ve updated the photos so you can easily see what’s still available. Any spider marked “ADOPTED” has already been claimed. If there’s no adopted stamp, that spider is still looking for a home!

Each handmade beaded spider is $10, each one is completely unique, and there is only ONE of each numbered spider available.

💜 Proceeds from this round of Adopt-a-Spider are dedicated to supporting Brooklynn, Maddie, Hailey, and Shay and their families following their recent car accident.

🕷️ READY TO ADOPT?
You can place your order here - https://square.link/u/rNSaOp2h

You can also message us directly on Facebook:
https://m.me/FlatheadFaerieFest

Or email us at:
📧 [email protected]

If you want multiple spiders, messaging or emailing us is a great option. We can confirm which numbers are still available, reserve your selections together, and send you a custom invoice.

📦 HOW DO I GET MY SPIDER?

🎲 Pick up at Daubers & Dragons - We’ll have reserved spiders ready for pickup at our upcoming Daubers & Dragons event.

📍 Local pickup or drop-off - Can’t make it to Daubers & Dragons? We can arrange another pickup or drop-off in the Kalispell area. Just message or email us to coordinate.

📬 Shipping - We can ship if needed! Because this is a fundraiser, we’d prefer not to take postage costs out of the money being raised for the girls. If you need your spider shipped, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping cost so as much of your $10 adoption as possible can go toward the fundraiser. 💜

And remember, you don’t have to adopt a spider to help. Each girl has a GoFundMe where you can donate directly:

💜 Brooklynn - https://gofund.me/1eaac33f4
💜 Maddie - https://gofund.me/ca5f37663
💜 Hailey - https://gofund.me/eb7c09f37
💜 Shay - https://gofund.me/8185643ff

Already adopted yours? Share this post and help the remaining spiders find homes! Every adoption, donation, and share helps us reach a few more people.

💜 A Little Help. A Lot of Heart. 💜

We’re dedicating our current Adopt-a-Spider fundraiser to Brooklynn, Maddie, Hailey, and Shay, four local teenage girls and their families who are facing an incredibly difficult road following a devastating car accident.
There are several ways our community can help:

🕷️ ADOPT A SPIDER
Our handmade beaded spiders are $10 each, and the proceeds from this round will be dedicated to supporting these four girls and their families.
Every spider is one-of-a-kind, and there is only ONE of each numbered spider available, so check out our spider photos and claim your favorite before it’s gone!

Adopt here:

Want to adopt multiple spiders? Message us or email [email protected] and we can create a custom invoice and reserve your selections together.

💜 DONATE DIRECTLY

Each girl also has an individual GoFundMe where you can donate directly to her and her family:

Brooklynn - https://gofund.me/1eaac33f4
Maddie - https://gofund.me/ca5f37663
Hailey - https://gofund.me/eb7c09f37
Shay - https://gofund.me/8185643ff

💜 DONATE LOCALLY

Cash and check donations can also be dropped off at:

Ink’d Worx Clothing Co.
110 Nucleus Ave
Columbia Falls, MT 59912

You do not have to adopt a spider to help. Donate directly, drop off a contribution, adopt a spider, share this post, or simply help us spread the word.

Four girls. Four families. One community. 💜
Please keep Brooklynn, Maddie, Hailey, Shay, and all of their loved ones in your thoughts as they navigate the days ahead.
