This run celebrates the amazing rails to trail that begins in Kalamazoo and ends in South Haven. The Kal-Haven Trail Run is a well-respected event that offers a competitive ultra-run and allows participants from all fitness levels to be involved as a solo runner, 2-person relay, or 3-6 person relay team. Challenging trail runs are empowering and uniquely satisfying to all of those that participate

. The KAR Kal-Haven Ultra Run will be held on the Kal-Haven Trail State Park, offering a scenic run from Kalamazoo to South Haven. The six aid stations provide hydration and snacks that are designed to address runner sustenance needs based on their run distance. These stations also provide runners with relay points and unique rejuvenation; while also supporting an opportunity for “fans” to support them. The event will feature expo booths to connect runners to industry partners who showcase their runner and health products. It’s a day that is sure to be challenging, yet fun. Race Day Info:
