PASE (Polynesian American Sports and Education) Humble Beginnings:

Since 2002, we have taken hundreds of athletes to Tonga to experience their roots and play the sport they love in front of their people. Many of these players have become professional athletes and shining examples for young Tongan athletes everywhere.

This Non-Profit Organization started by flying across the ocean for an experience of a lifetime! Once that foundation was solid, Coach Livai started to expand and created Tonga Bowl USA, Samoa Bowl USA, Established Football as a sanctioned sport in Tonga, Toki Tonga Program, Rugby Cup and so much still in the works!

The Toki Tonga program is ongoing as it has open doors for many Tongan students to receive scholarships worth millions from High Schools in the USA!

This non-profit is more than just a great event, it's dedicated to providing opportunities to reach a higher potential - the greatest potential!

What does it mean to be Tongan-American? This BOWL GAME gives the opportunity to those who have Tongan Ancestry that live in America to celebrate their culture and their passion of football!

We are all proud of who we are - whether Tongan is in our blood or in our association with the culture or embraced by marriage or adoption - no matter what - we would like to share that WE ARE PROUD TO BE TONGAN!

In our program we highlight our Culture! We spend a day dedicated to building the youth's knowledge of their roots and include some cultural games. One of the games is husking a coconut!
