25 years later…

If you were old enough to remember September 11, 2001, you likely remember exactly where you were.

We remember the fear that gripped our nation that day. We remember the heartbreak, the uncertainty, and the lives forever changed. But we also remember the way people reached for one another.

Neighbors became family.
Strangers became brothers and sisters.
Differences faded beneath a shared grief and a shared need to stand together.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families who still carry the weight of that day.

May we never forget.

And may we never stop choosing unity, compassion, and care for one another.

Next week at Magnolia, breakfast is showing up warm, hearty, and just a little bit extra in the best possible way.

On Wednesday, September 16th, we’re serving Grilled Pretzel Breakfast Sandwiches with your choice of sausage, bacon, or sautéed vegetables, plus egg, cheese, and an aioli schmear. Add sliced beefsteak tomatoes and sweet potato hash with onions and cashews, and you’ve got yourself a breakfast that came dressed for the occasion.

Then Thursday, September 17th, we’re leaning all the way into comfort with your choice of Pot Roast Sliders on Hawaiian rolls with a side of gravy, or Pot Roast Breakfast Poutine with fries, pot roast gravy, and cheese curds. And if you go with the sliders, scrambled eggs are joining the party too.

It’s cozy. It’s hearty. It’s giving “breakfast had a Sunday supper dream and woke up delicious.”

Breakfast is serving up comfort with a little kick next week at Magnolia.

We’re bringing two mornings full of flavor, charm, and the kind of food that makes you want to slow down, smile big, and stay awhile.

On Wednesday, September 9th, we’re keeping things classic and cozy with your choice of Quiche Lorraine or Vegetable Quiche, sliced beefsteak tomatoes, sidewinder potatoes, and fresh fruit. It’s giving classic brunch, Southern table, and “I’ll just have one more bite” energy.

Then Thursday, September 10th, we’re turning breakfast loose with a Build Your Own Breakfast Taco Bowl Buffet, complete with yellow rice, fiesta black beans, and Mexican hot chocolate. Stack it high, make it spicy, keep it cozy, or build yourself a bowl that says, “Good morning, y’all.”

Two days. Two delicious reasons to pull up a chair.

September is starting off mighty tasty at Magnolia. 🍳

Next week’s breakfast has a little bit of everything we love: something elegant, something cozy, and enough Southern charm to make your morning feel like it came with a front porch and a fresh cup of coffee.

On Wednesday, September 2nd, we’re serving Eggs Benedict on grilled ciabatta with your choice of ham or smoked salmon, sliced tomato, poached egg, hollandaise sauce, and slivered red onions. We’ll pair it with mixed greens tossed in maple syrup vinaigrette, because breakfast deserves a little sparkle every now and then.

Then Thursday, September 3rd, we’re bringing the comfort home with sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit cups, and assorted mini muffins.

Fancy one day. Cozy the next. Delicious both days.

Here’s a little peek at how this morning preparations took place prior to everyone arriving and what we actually served.
The dining room was set, the yogurt station was ready to go, the desserts that you can buy to take home was ready and then Melissa cooked up one of the most beautiful meals. We served sautéed potatoes, poblano peppers and onions with your choice of turkey or beef kielbasa. Scrambled eggs on the side finished off the plate and you were served up a beautiful tray of fresh from the oven buttermilk biscuits along with our whipped butter, homemade strawberry preserves, and Melissa‘s blackberry and honey whipped butter.
We hope you’ll join us tomorrow for breakfast from 8 AM until 10 AM. We’re serving up pancakes, sausage, bacon, or chicken and apple sausage, and some beautiful chunky applesauce. And the treats… Chocolate filled croissants.
You will not want to miss breakfast tomorrow.

Next week at Magnolia, breakfast is coming in buttery, cozy, and just a little bit fancy.

And yes, the chocolate-filled croissants are absolutely trying to steal the show.

On Wednesday, August 26th, we’re serving “Fresh from the Oven” buttermilk biscuits with blackberry butter, fresh preserves, honey, and whipped butter. Add in scrambled eggs and your choice of turkey kielbasa or Georgia smoked sausage with sautéed poblano peppers and onions, and you’ve got yourself a morning worth slowing down for.

Then Thursday, August 27th, it’s pancakes, pancakes, pancakes. Served with your choice of cinnamon and vanilla maple syrup, ginger-infused maple syrup, smoked pecan maple syrup, or sparkles maple syrup, because apparently pancakes decided to get dressed up and make an entrance. Choose pork sausage patty, thick sliced bacon, or chicken and apple sausage links, plus warm chunky applesauce on the side.

And each day, you’ll get to choose your special treat: chocolate-filled croissants or fresh fruit.

But between us, those croissants are looking mighty convincing.
