We are currently looking for team members to oin us for this upcoming sesason. If you or someone you know is interested please message us. Most of our jobs are done outside so the ability to work outside for long periods of time is required.
Holiday D Lights, located in Joliet, Il., is looking for full and part time seasonal crew members as well as crew leasders to assist in the installation, maintenance and removal of Christmas lights and decorations for both residential commercial clients around the Joliet area and surrounding towns. This position is seasonal starting in early October and lasting until the end of January or until all the decorations are removed.

All crew members will start at $16.00 per hour but pay could be higher based on experience or tasks that can be performed. After a probationary period, employees could see their hourly pay increase based on performance.

Requirements
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds from ground to head height
- Ability to safely handle and climb ladders that reach 10-25 feet
-Willingness to work weekends during peak installation weeks
-Willing to work 12+ hour days when needed
- Willing to travel to project sites
- Communicate with crew leader in an efficient manner

Daily Requirements
- Arrive at Plainfield or Joliet location for standard morning start time on time
- Assist in installing Christmas lights and decorations with team of other installers, as directed by crew leader
- maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment
Any outdoor labor experience is preferred as our line of work can be physically demanding in many aspects including weather.
