It’s been a fantastic start to the day for our spring record show, but there is still plenty of time to join the action! We have over 25 midwestern dealers — several making their Des Moines debut — who will be hanging around until 4 PM today. Admission is just $3! Join us at the Stoney Creek Hotel in Johnston, near the 86th Street exit off of I-80.

The next Des Moines record show will be taking place two weeks from today. This event typically features 20-30 dealers from around the midwest, and dates back to at least the 1990s, and possibly even the 80s!

Zzz has been a sponsor or co-sponsor for 25 years. From 2001 to 2018, this was held at the Holiday Inn on the Mercy campus, just north of downtown. From 2019 to 2022, we moved to Forte near the arena. We've been at the Stoney Creek Hotel in Johnston since 2023.

Tomorrow (Sun 12/7) is the December DSM Music Collectors’ Show at Stoney Creek in Johnston!

Admission is just $3 cash from 10am to 4pm with plenty of parking.

We are ready to go!!! The Des Moines Music Collectors’ Show is today (Sunday 8/24/25) until 4pm. $3 admission, but free for students & military with a valid ID. The weather is perfect and we have a nice breeze blowing through the windows… we hope to see you soon!

The show is located at Stoney Creek Hotel Conference center with plenty of parking. The later you come, the farther you have to park but there are a lot of spots in the old theater lot.
