As colder weather sets in, it is essential to be mindful of the high electrical current requirements of these space heaters. Plugging multiple heaters into the same electrical circuit will cause the breaker to trip. Each unit consumes a considerable amount of power, drawing around 10 to 15 amps, so two heaters on a single 20 amp circuit will likely result in a tripped circuit.
