On July 8th, 2023 the Jersey County Fair will be hosing a kick off party. We will have the BBQ cookoff, food trucks, bounce houses, and the band Outlaw Opry!

Below is the 2023 rules and registration form. Turn in times have changed this year as we are going to have a band, so we've pushed times back a little.

We’ve been meaning to make a post before now but life has gotten away from a little bit in the past week. We would like to thank everyone again for such an amazing turn out we had. Thank you to the participants, anyone that helped us along the way, for the people that shared our posts and invited friends and family to come out and sample. We obviously wouldn’t be here without you guys! I am going to attach pictures of the line up of the classes and where each team placed so everyone can see what hard work was put in by the teams. Thank you all so much!
