RENTAL INCLUDES:
1) Exclusive use of the wedding venue during your event, cocktail hour and reception is limited to
inside the barn, and the grass area outside the barn. Use of Farmhouse is excluded except for
Bridal Suite and Groom’s Lounge prior to the ceremony.
2) Easily accessible on-site parking.
3) The Barn accommodates up to 175 guests for Receptions. Tables, chairs included.
4) Outdoor Ceremony included with your rental. (tent not included)
5) Use of Property includes:
*Event Set-up Friday (9am-9pm), Saturday (7am until 11pm), Sunday (until 10am for clean-up)
*Ceremony
*Cocktail hour
*Reception
*Event Clean-Up
LIQUOR/BEVERAGES/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: All liquor must be served by an Insured
Licensed Bartender (Ramp certified). INSURANCE: The Barn at Pine Creek, LLC as additional insured, and a certificate of
insurance with an endorsement must be provided 30 days prior to the event.
