If you're planning to visit the 911 Memorial in Shanksville, make sure to say hello to Connie Hay, our House Manager. She is the volunteer Docent at the Chapel. She is a local expert on the details of the heroic tragedy. This is what a reviewer in TRIPADVISER had to say: "The Flight 93 Memorial Chapel and outdoor garden is a beautiful place to stop after visiting the national park. It is worth the drive from Route 30. The focus on the flight crew and the artifacts from the flight are impressive. A volunteer, Connie, was amazing. She took time to explain the chapel and it’s collection of memorabilia from Flight 93. I recommend to anyone visiting the Flight 93 National Park to stop at the chapel after."
