We will be seeing these folks in our Grand Parade of History for the Ashtabula County's Fourth of July Festival - Celebrating America's Semiquincentennial! We cannot wait to see these beauties and all the rest that will be joining us for a once in a generations celebration. 🇺🇸

Be Part of History! Applications for the 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 are still being accepted through June 15. Community organizations, businesses, churches, historical groups, veterans organizations, car clubs, performers, and civic groups are invited to participate in this once-in-a-generation celebration of 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖'𝙨 𝟮𝟱𝟬𝙩𝙝 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙙𝙖𝙮.

This week, we’d like to recognize 𝙆𝙚𝙣 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙄𝙣𝙘. as one of our 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙨 for the 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖 𝟮𝟱𝟬 – 𝘼𝙨𝙝𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙪𝙡𝙖 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝟰𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙁𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡.

Ken Forging has long been part of the backbone of our county’s manufacturing history, and their support of this event reflects that same commitment to the community they’ve been part of for generations.

Planning something like this across the whole county takes people and businesses willing to step up—and Ken Forging is doing just that.

This week, we’re shining a light on 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚-𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙪, one of our 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙨.

Local places like Shortstop are part of everyday life in a community, and we’re glad to have them supporting the 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖 𝟮𝟱𝟬 – 𝘼𝙨𝙝𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙪𝙡𝙖 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝟰𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

As we get closer to the America 250 – Ashtabula County Fourth of July Celebration, safety and communication are incredibly important - especially with large crowds and multiple community events happening throughout the county that weekend.

The Ashtabula County EMA has launched a public safety text notification system for July 4th event attendees in Jefferson, Conneaut, Roaming Shores, and Geneva-on-the-Lake.
