This message comes from Olivia Jennrich, one of our wonderful Fairest of the Fair Royalty members!
This month we celebrate the hardworking dairy farmers who play such an important role in our communities. Dairy farming is more than an industry in Wisconsin, it's a way of life that provides nutritious products, supports local economies, and carries on generations of tradition.
This month, take time to thank a dairy farmer, visit a local dairy farm, or enjoy your favorite dairy products. From milk and cheese to ice cream and yogurt, Wisconsin's dairy farmers work every day to provide us with high-quality products we know and love.
Not only that, but we should all be incredibly proud of the future of the dairy industry and the next generation of agricultural leaders. The dairy youth of Jefferson County who are involved in our county fair go above and beyond in representing the values that make our industry strong. Through their dedication to providing quality animal care, building meaningful connections within their communities, and educating consumers about agriculture, they exemplify the passion and commitment of today's dairy farmers. They truly shine as agricultural educators and ambassadors for our industry.
Thank you to all the dairy families for your dedication, perseverance, and commitment to agriculture. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

Stock, modified, and super‑modified tractors will go head‑to‑head in a dirt‑slinging showdown you won’t want to miss. Fun for all ages!

Thanks to the generous support of Aztalan Bio, we’re bringing even more excitement to the fair with a Co****le Tournament! Think you’ve got the skills? Now’s your chance to prove it!
Choose your division and get ready to compete:
• Youth Division (ages 8–14): Wednesday, 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• Adult Division (ages 15–101): Sunday, 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
🏆 Trophies & prizes go to the 1st place champions and of course, the biggest bragging rights at the fair are on the line!
