We know, we know... it’s not even October yet. 😂🎄

The temps haven’t even dropped that low, Spook the Loop is still ahead of us, but Winter Festival is already on the horizon and we’ve already received calls about decorating trees!

So, consider this your official SAVE THE DATE for Winter Festival: Celebration of Trees at Clover Hall! And NEW this year, you don’t have to decorate a full tree to join the fun. Decorate a festive porch pot or bring a decorated gingerbread house instead!

Registration is open: https://form.jotform.com/262588026483162

(Stay tuned for more details! We’re putting the finishing touches on this year’s activities and timeline, with the full Winter Festival schedule coming soon.)

A huge thank you to the team of volunteers who bring the Winter Festival to life each year. Their hard work and heart are big reasons Jefferson is a GAMSA-winning community. If you loved the event and want to help next year, we’d love to have you join the team. ✨

Meet the team behind the trees, planning, & all the holiday fun. 🌟

For this week’s GAMSA Wednesday, we’re shining a light on our Winter Festival team. (not pictured: Kevin Paulsen, Matt Wetrich + all the spouses of the team that helped!) The Winter Festival: Celebration of Trees doesn’t just appear overnight, it comes to life because of volunteers who plan, decorate, organize, and handle all the behind-the-scenes details that make the weekend feel magical. Every craft, decoration, and eye-spy card is created by people who care deeply about making the event special for our community. This kind of dedication is exactly why Jefferson earned the Great American Main Street Award. 🏆✨

If you loved this year’s festival and want to help bring next year’s to life, we’d be excited to welcome you! Whether you love decorating, planning events, or just want to lend a hand, more helpers make a big difference! Reach out to Emily if you’d like to get involved - [email protected] ❤

Here are your Top 10 Trees for 2025! 📋🎉

Thank you to everyone who decorated a tree at this year’s Winter Festival. The creativity, themes, and tiny details made Clover Hall feel like a storybook. We loved seeing so many people stop, smile, and take in each tree’s personality.

The votes are in…🥁🥁

Huge congratulations to our People’s Choice Award winner: the Koppen family! Their tree was a full Department 56 villages from top to bottom, complete with multiple levels, tiny details, and even a train at the base. It was truly a labor of love and so well deserved!

And a big congratulations to the Louk and Winkleman families for winning the Kid’s Choice Award (our first ever!) with their creative “tree-pee.” It was a total hit, especially as a fun photo op for families and friends to capture a memorable photo. We always look forward to the unique trees these two families dream up each year! ✨

Thanks to everyone who decorated, voted, and helped bring the magic to Clover Hall.
