WOW- Women on Wednesdays

WOW- Women on Wednesdays Most Wednesday mornings from mid-September to mid-May. Several options for Bible study. Fellowship time from 9-9:30. Study from 9:30-11:15. Childcare provided.

Founded in 2009, we are a non-denominational women's Bible studies and fellowship dedicated to equip women with the truth of God that they may be free to become more and more in every way like Jesus Christ.

Christian women are exhausted, anxious, and stuck because they have been fighting the wrong enemy their entire lives.

As soon as you take care of one thing, another one is coming. You are exhausting yourself fighting an enemy that isn't even your real enemy.

The enemy plans to do anything and everything in his power to stir up and challenge your life enough to cause you to shrink back. He doesn't have to destroy you, in fact if you've placed faith in Jesus — he can't.

So he spends every single day on one strategy.

Keeping you so distracted, so discouraged, so tired, that you never actually pick up the one weapon that would end the fight.

That weapon isn't your prayer life alone. It isn't your church attendance.

IT IS YOUR BIBLE!

Used the way it was actually meant to be used.

You need a dagger of the spirit. And the dagger is called the Word of God.

But …..
You can't fight with a weapon you don't know how to use.

The enemy is fine with you owning a Bible. He's fine with you going to church every Sunday. What he cannot stand is the moment you actually start to understand what you're reading.

Because the moment you understand it — you can use it. And the moment you use it — his time with you is over.

I know because I am that woman! You can be holding the most powerful weapon ever given to a human being
but if you have no idea what you're holding, it’s only a book.

For the first time in my life I read my Bible and knew what I was holding.

Because for the first time I realized had a dagger in my hand. And I am learning more everyday how to use it!

Come on ladies! Use your weapon!!!
