Another quick reminder as we go into this fantastic weekend!

(Per Janesville Park Rules - No dogs are allowed in public parks from May 15 - Oct 16, 2026. Only dog parks are accessible for pets after May 15th.)
We love dogs and would welcome them, but in order to hold the show we have to adhere to the rules of the Parks Department as well as what our insurance will allow.

Q: Are dogs (or other pets) allowed on site?
A: Unfortunately, no. While we would love to see all of your furry, feathery, scaly, and otherwise awesome pets, our insurance for special events as well as park regulations mean we are unable to allow anything but qualified service animals on site. Also, we would never get any work done, because we love animals.
Q: Can I wear my sword, dagger, or other weapon-type-thing?
A: Yes, but we require period-appropriate weapons to be sheathed and peace-tied for the safety of our guests. No modern weapons are allowed for our special event.
Q: Can we dress up?
A: Yes! We would love to see your outfits and enjoy the creativity of our guests!
Q: Can we buy tickets in advance?
A: No, we only do ticket sales on site the day of. That helps keep our costs down for admission.
Q: Do you take debit/credit cards?
A: It is CASH ONLY at the gate for entrance and for beer and soda. Many of our merchants do take card, but the signal at the park is spotty, so Cash is King.
Q: Is there an ATM on site?
A: Yes! We have an ATM company set up a mobile unit at the park for the event.
Q: Can I bring in food/drinks?
A: Outside food and drink are not allowed inside the event. Some exceptions can be made for kids or for specific allergies. All food is subject to search at the entrance. You may bring in 1 sealed water bottle per person or an empty re-fillable bottle. However, there is no filling stations other than bathrooms. We do see water for $1 as well!
Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking is free! It is first come first served and we have a limited amount of handicap/accessible spots in the park.
Q: Can I Trinket Trade?
A: Trinket trading is not allowed at our show.
