The Town of Hamilton will be hosting a Roanoke River festival on September 23 from 10-6. There are going to be food trucks, educational exhibits, games and activities for kids as well as live music. In addition to all of the activities that will take place on the Morris Lynch Field, the Hamilton Historic Commission will be having a walking tour of historic homes along Front Street. On the porches of these homes local artists will have their works on display. First I would like everyone to mark their calendar for September 23 and if anyone knows of any artists, basket makers, weavers, jewelry makers who would like to display their work at our festival contact me at [email protected].

Our Herring Festival Team had a great time celebrating the 2023 Festival and enjoying some amazing ribs this evening! We missed those who could not attend. Our group is so ready for !
