Coming 7/29/16-07/31/2016 to the Prime Osborn Convention Center in Jacksonville, FL. The Southeast Shooting & Outdoor Convention (SOC) will give the general public direct access to hundreds of companies throughout the shooting and outdoor sports industry. This is not a gun show, there will be no dealers just manufacturers. SOC is a trade show, but open to the public. It is an opportunity for you t

o see the latest and greatest the industry has to offer and get a peek at what they may be releasing in the near future.

Those of us at the Southeast Shooting & Outdoor Convention would like to congratulate Representative Paul Renner on being elected to serve as Florida Speaker of the House in 2022. Rep. Renner took time out of his busy schedule to speak at the 2016 Southeast Shooting & Outdoor Convention along side Eric Friday on gun rights in the Florida Legislature. He's a good friend of the fi****ms industry and a friend of ours. We look forward to his term as Speaker and hope we can get him back in 2018!

The Southeast Shooting & Outdoor Convention is not associated with the Southeast Boat Show. All our costs to city were paid in advance and we returned around $128k of the $150k grant. We are in good standing with the City of Jacksonville and are working on the 2018 show. Try not to jump up and down on the boat show producer. These events are complicated, expensive, and like a house of cards when you look at the possibility of failure.
