2. Fill out the form and mail it in along with your check or money order payable to Florida Surfcasters. . Postmark no later than May7, 2020--OR--

3. Pay in person at Strike Zone, Beach Blvd, Cash or Check -OR-

4. Pay directly thru PayPal ..... [email protected]

$30 adults and $10 for those under 16 years of age
