Saturday was competition day — everyone did their best and I am so proud of them. Thank you to our family, friends and Dojo back home for all of your support leading up to these games ❤️

Team Ohio brought home 58 medals!

Once we returned home, we gathered with our Grandmaster, O’Sensei Bowles, for a Dojo photo. Another one of our Karate-Ka, Henning, had the opportunity to be part of the German Team at this World Games this year and he did so well (pictured in the back row, far right)!
