"Phi Theta Kappa pushed me to step into leadership and realize I was capable of creating meaningful change on my campus and beyond. The New Century Transfer Pathway Scholarship and All-USA Academic Team recognition empower me as I work toward my goals and prepare for what comes next. I'm grateful for PTK's belief in my potential and excited to carry these lessons into my future." - Simone Bedi, Scottsdale Community College, AZ.

“The Chime Scholarship was unexpected and very much appreciated, as it took a huge weight off my shoulders in terms of figuring out how to pay for school. I am a kidney recipient and cannot work full-time as a result, and the program I’m in is extremely demanding and time-consuming, so being able to focus more on my health and studies has been a huge relief! Thank you, PTK & Chime!" - Tess La Fera, Pikes Peak State College, CO.

"Phi Theta Kappa has had a significant impact on my life. From being an average homeschooled student, to then having a place in an international honors society is something I will always be incredibly grateful for. I am honored to have received the Hites Scholarship, the award will greatly support my transfer and help me continue a degree in Art Education." - Mia Kelly, Walters State Community College, TN.

"As an international student from Zimbabwe, pursuing an education in healthcare has come with challenges, sacrifices, and moments of uncertainty. Phi Theta Kappa has been a life-changing part of my journey, providing scholarships, leadership opportunities, and a community that believed in my potential before I fully believed in it myself. The support I have received through PTK has not only helped me continue my education but has also shown me that perseverance, service, and hard work can open doors far beyond what we imagine." - Priviledge A. Mudzembwe, Johnson County Community College, KS.

“I feel incredibly honored and grateful to receive the Hites Transfer Scholarship; it has marked my growth and inspired me to continue pursuing my dream of becoming a neurologist. I wholeheartedly believe that PTK transformed my community college experience; through its guidance, opportunities, and support, my mindset shifted from hoping to be ‘good enough’ to striving to become the best version of myself. That shift led me somewhere I never could have imagined: I will be attending a top 20 university this fall, and for this and so much more, I will forever be grateful to PTK for empowering me to believe in myself, and I will always be a proud Phi Theta Kappan.” – Hannah Barron, Motlow State Community College, TN.

"Receiving the Chime Workforce Scholarship has helped reduce some of the financial pressure that comes with being a full-time student and has allowed me to stay focused on completing my education and becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities and support I’ve received through Phi Theta Kappa as I work toward building a career where I can help people improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life."

Richard Falls, Aspiring Physical Therapist Assistant, Community College of Denver, CO.
