Why do we need medical legalization NOW?

Because while Tennessee waits, patients are suffering Families are hurting. Small businesses are being crushed. And our state is losing.

The July 1 THCA ban and new h**p regulations have already forced many Tennessee businesses to close their doors, lay off workers, relocate out of state, or completely reinvent their businesses just to survive.

At the same time, Tennessee still does not have a comprehensive medical program providing qualifying patients with regulated, in-state access.

Patients lost access. Businesses lost revenue. People lost jobs. And Tennessee lost economic activity and tax revenue.

That's why 2027 matters.

We believe Tennessee has an opportunity to move forward with a regulated medical legalization program built around patient access, testing, oversight and responsible regulation.

Changing the law takes more than social media posts. It takes education, grassroots organizing, outreach, legislative advocacy, and showing up at Capitol Hill when decisions are being made.

That's why this fundraiser matters.

This year, Labor Day is different for many in the h**p industry.

That's just one of the many reason I will be throwing a Fundraiser in October to get TN across the finish line!

Do you know someone in the H**p Industry that lost their job due to the ban?

Labor Day is a day to recognize the workers, families, and small businesses that keep our communities and our economy moving.

And this year in Tennessee, that message hits a little differently.

For years, Tennessee’s h**p industry created jobs—from farmers and manufacturers to retailers, distributors, and countless small businesses that invested in this state. With Tennessee’s ban on h**p flower, many of those jobs and businesses have been put at risk or lost altogether.

Meanwhile, the legal cannabis industry supports hundreds of thousands of jobs across the United States.

Cannabis policy is also jobs policy.

Sensible reform isn’t only about Legalization. It’s about protecting Tennessee workers, supporting small businesses, keeping economic opportunity in our state, and building a regulated industry that Tennesseans can be proud of.
